BLP Connect 2026: What We Learned and Who Was There

After how well BLP Connect was in 2025, we’ve been eager to meet all of you again for BLP Connect 2026. Over two days, on May 20th and May 28th, we welcomed more than 250 of our customers from Switzerland and beyond to get a hands-on view from our leadership as to what the future of work looks like, and, just as importantly, what we can already implement now. It was also a chance for us to sit and listen to what our customers are saying, and learn what their pain points are, so we can be better equipped to solve these problems.

Tim talks: our CEO gives an update about where we’ve been, and where we’re heading

The day started with a welcome speech from our CEO and founder, Tim Beck. He talked about the future of workflows and what’s possible within BLP today. He spoke candidly about architecturally rebuilding the platform to turn the solution into modular and reusable components. Tim also spoke extensively about how huge bottlenecks can be avoided by using custom agents. He boldly said that once custom and meta agents are fully rolled out, technology will cease being the obstacle to automation.

Some of our guests included Migros, Krone, Swisscom and Testo

Some of our other highlights included talks and fireside chats with some of Switzerland and Europe as a whole’s largest businesses. Stefan Böckmann, the Managing Director at Krone, spoke about how BLP had had a huge positive effect on their business. Roger Niklaus, Head of Account at Migros, also spoke, along with, Matthias Wehrle, Head of Finance and Controlling at Testo, and Philipp Dudli, Head of Infrastructure at Swisscom.

Getting to know all of you better, in person

Both days finished with Q&A sessions, as well as networking over food and drinks, where customers and BLP staff got a chance to socialize, talk frankly, and get to know each other on a more personal level. Customers also had the opportunity to be interviewed about their views on the most valuable parts of BLP.

Keep the conversation going

If you missed BLP Connect or are just interested in talking more, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your BLP representative today. We’ll see you at our next event!
